EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – ORGANISATIONAL REVIEW OF ATS

Air Terminal Services [Fiji] Pte Limited (ATS) is the region’s leading ground handling provider of Passenger, Line Maintenance, Cargo and Ramp Handling, Cargo Sales, Cabin Cleaning and In-flight Catering Services. ATS is seeking experienced and qualified consultant and/or companies to conduct an organisational review of Air Terminal Services (Fiji) Pte Ltd. The selected incumbent will assist in shaping the future of ATS through a comprehensive organizational review. ATS is seeking to enhance operational effectiveness, align with best practices, and elevate service quality.

Key Objectives:

1. Operational Effectiveness: Streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.
2. Alignment with Best Practices: Ensure compliance and continual improvement.
3. Service Quality: Elevate customer satisfaction through enhanced services.
4. Strategic Goals Alignment: Align with market dynamics for sustainable growth.
5. Resource Utilization: Optimize human, technological, and physical assets.
6. Shareholder Contribution: Enhance organizational growth collaboratively.

Scope of the Review:

1. Comprehensive Evaluation: Ground handling services and organizational structure analysis.
2. Policy & Procedure Review: Emphasizing safety, security, and compliance.
3. Financial Performance Evaluation: Scrutinize revenue streams and cost structures.
4. Training & Development Assessment: Cultivate a skilled and adaptive workforce.
5. Technology & Information Systems Examination: Identify opportunities for advancement.

Submission Guidelines:

Consultants interested in participating in this project are invited to submit their proposals by 15^th June 2024. Proposals should include the consultant’s company profile, relevant experience, proposed approach to the project, and a detailed budget estimate.
